Mark Swartz is the Scholarly Publishing Librarian at Queen’s University. Over the past four years, Mark was seconded part-time to the Canadian Association of Research Libraries as a Visiting Program Officer. In this role, he supports the work of the policy committee, with a focus on advocating for copyright legislation that is fair to users and workable for libraries.
